ALL is set for the Sjava featuring Freeman show which will be held today at BAC Leisure spot.

South African afrobeat rapper Sjava and Harare-based dancehall chanter Freeman the Ngaibake hit-maker are ready to give Bulawayo a memorable festive season show.

The event organiser, Mduduzi Mdlongwa of 3D Events said they are ready for the show.

“All is set for the show and all the needed paperwork is done, all that’s left is for the Sjava and Freeman’s fans to come in great numbers. Since it is Sjava’s first time to come and perform in Zimbabwe, Bulawayo, he is really excited and can’t wait for tonight. Both artistes are looking forward to sharing the festive season spirit with Bulawayo,” he said.

Mdlongwa said they chose Freeman to share the stage with Sjava because of his latest single with Alick Macheso.

“We chose Freeman to share the stage with Sjava because of his hit song Ngaibake, we realised that most people love the song and thought it will spice the show having a live performance of the song. I think it’s a very nice song that speaks directly to people who are already in the having fun mood,” Mdlongwa said.

There will be other performances from local artistes like Asaph, Mzoe7 and Calvin. Entrance fee at the venue will go for R100 ordinary ticket, R200 for the VIP section and R600 for the VVIP tickets. @ruekushie
